Overview
Katherine concentrates on general corporate and securities matters.
Prior to joining BFKN, her experience included litigation paralegal work and a position as a Trust Administrative Officer with a private bank in their high net worth investment management and trust division. As such, she tracked high volume cases for several corporate clients across multiple jurisdictions, reviewed entity documents to open investment accounts and ensure proper account administration and also compiled and researched for Know Your Customer checklists, to assist with identifying risk.
Katherine received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Michigan-Dearborn followed by her American Bar Association approved Paralegal Certificate, with honors, at Roosevelt University.
