
Katherine represents U.S. and multinational companies in a variety of transactional matters ranging from several million dollar domestic and cross-border investments to mergers and acquisitions valued at more than $3 billion. She advises clients on joint-ventures and other corporate matters in technical industries, including software, industrial materials, consumer products, and aerospace.
Prior to joining the Firm, Katherine was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She represented publicly traded companies and private equity firms and their portfolio companies in connection to various corporate matters.
Dino Downtime
In her free time, Katherine practices the piano and is a volunteer at the Field Museum of Natural History. In the summer of 2019, she went on her first paleontological dinosaur dig.
Representative Experience
Represented Automobili Lamborghini America, in a collaboration with Lady Gaga and the Born This Way Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by Lady Gaga, to fundraise money for those disproportionally impacted by COVID-19.
