Jay concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions. His practice includes the representation of international, national and local tenants, developers and land owners in connection with leasing, management and development of new and existing properties.  He has particular expertise with large and small retail properties, including regional malls, power centers, lifestyle centers and mixed-use projects.

Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Jay worked for 7 years as an attorney at a prominent Chicago real estate boutique firm, and prior to that, worked for several years in the legal department at General Growth Properties.
