Myriam concentrates her practice on commercial and residential real estate matters, representing owners, developers, and lenders in acquisition, disposition, and financial transactions. Her experience also includes office and other commercial leasing work, as well as construction contracts and design professional agreements. Myriam is fluent in French and holds law degrees in both the United States and France, representing French companies doing business in both countries.
Prior to joining BFKN, Myriam practiced at Schoeman Updike & Kaufman in New York; Keck Mahin & Cate in Chicago; and Schiff Hardin LLP in Chicago.
