Andrew R. Grossmann

Andrew concentrates his practice on business planning, mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate matters. He has extensive experience representing both public and private companies on complex business matters, with an emphasis on:

• Strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures
• Capital raising and financing transactions, including public offerings, private equity transactions, venture capital investments and debt financings
• General corporate counsel, including contract negotiations, licensing agreements, corporate governance, employment issues and general business planning matters
• Corporate formation matters for emerging businesses, including shareholder control and buy-sell arrangements
• International business transactions

Andrew counsels clients in a number of industries such as financial services, technology, real estate, energy, fashion, wine and spirits and manufacturing.  He has a specific concentration in the representation of financial institutions, handling general corporate and securities matters and specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private placements and public offerings. In addition, he advises a number of foreign companies, in both Europe and Asia, in their US and international business activities.
