Andrew concentrates his practice on financial institution matters, and specifically mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate matters. He has extensive experience representing both public and private companies on complex matters, with an emphasis on:

  • Strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and sales
  • Capital raising and financing transactions, including public offerings, private placements and debt financings
  • General counsel, including contract negotiations, corporate governance, employment issues, regulatory matters and general business planning matters

The Financial Institutions Group was again named as one of the top financial institution groups in the nation in the U.S. News & Best Lawyers 2016 report.
