Tom concentrates his practice on intellectual property matters and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in the clearance of trademarks, procurement of registrations and portfolio maintenance, as well as licensing and unfair competition. Tom is also a member of the firm's litigation group, concentrating on complex commercial disputes.
