Dennis is a senior partner and a founder of Barack Ferrazzano. He concentrates his practice on commercial real estate and corporate, securities and business planning matters. Dennis has extensive experience in the acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of office buildings, shopping centers and other retail locations, multi-family housing, industrial buildings and mixed used facilities, as well as real estate financings, restructurings and work-outs.

Dennis is often honored as one of the best and most capable real estate lawyers practicing today. Most recently, Chambers USA 2011 named him #6 on their list of top real estate attorneys in Illinois for his thorough understanding of real estate law "technically, intellectually and in his gut."
