Brad A. Kopetsky

Brad is an associate in the firm's financial institutions group and focuses his practice primarily on corporate and securities matters. Brad regularly represents public and private banks and bank holding companies in connection with equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic corporate actions. Brad also regularly counsels the firm's publicly traded financial institution clients with respect to federal and state securities law matters.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Brad gained significant experience within the financial services industry through his work as a trust administrator and internal auditor at a diversified regional bank holding company.
Brad earned undergraduate degrees in Economics (2001), Business Administration (2001) and Marketing (2003). He is proficient in German.
