Mellody M. Bose

Mellody concentrates on commercial litigation and has twenty years of experience with various types of litigation, such as securities, product liability, insurance defense and asbestos cases. Her litigation experience includes assisting in the process of discovery, managing large complex cases with various parties, witness preparation, trial preparation, document organization and electronic document management. Mellody has been involved as lead paralegal in a number of trials in State and Federal court. As a senior litigation paralegal, Mellody trains and manages other paralegals in her division. Mellody also has prior experience of managing a small law firm. She has held litigation positions in Illinois and California, and has worked for both large and small law firms. Mellody graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1984 with a Bachelor’s degree in Management.
