Jacob concentrates his practice on commercial real estate. He advises clients in all facets of real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing.
He also assists in general litigation matters.
Jacob is also involved in the pro bono representation of veterans seeking compensation benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Jacob is fluent in Spanish.
