Update: Josh's addition to the firm featured in Chicago Daily Law Bulletin's "In the News" section from March 6, 2015.

Over the past several months, the Litigation Group has implemented a strategic growth plan to meet the continual increase in client needs, including the promotion of accomplished attorneys Sharon E. Calhoun and Brandon C. Prosansky to the partnership, as well as expanding the number of litigation associates by bringing on five bright young attorneys — Daniel R. Fine, Hannah Y. Jurowicz, Krista N. Nelson, Lia E. Pernell and Michael J.B. Pitt.

“The past few months have been a great time for our group. Having talented trial lawyers with proven experience is critical for our clients' success. And Josh's impressive trial background has shown he has the focus and skills valued by our litigation team and our clients.” – Roger H. Stetson, Litigation Group Co-Chair

Josh has represented clients in numerous high-stakes disputes, such as fraud claims brought by private equity companies and hedge funds, fiduciary duty claims faced by executives and the protection of corporate assets. He also is particularly interested in complex discovery issues, from pre-litigation preservation through production and depositions. Josh has worked closely with forensic experts and IT professionals on state-of-the-art e-discovery challenges.
