Minneapolis Expansion Continues

Nicholas Callahan Rejoins Barack Ferrazzano
Update:  Nick's addition to the firm featured in Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's "People on the Move" section from February 18, 2014.

Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce Nicholas Callahan, formerly the Chair of the Complex Financial Litigation Group at a large Minneapolis-based law firm, has rejoined the Firm in its Minneapolis office in the Litigation Group. Nick will increase the talent and depth of the Firm's Bank Litigation Practice.

Nick represents financial service clients—banks, private equity firms, hedge funds, mortgage companies, other financial institutions, and their directors and officers—in all types of complex disputes. An accomplished trial lawyer, Nick has tried more than 25 cases before jurors, judges and arbitrators, including serving as first-chair in nine jury trials. In addition, Nick has managed multiple cases for Fortune 500 corporations and private investment companies where the claims at issue were in excess of $40 million, and represented many bank directors and officers in disputes and government investigations. Nick received his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law and was previously an associate with Barack Ferrazzano from 2009 - 2011.

Barack Ferrazzano has expanded its office located at 700 Wells Fargo Plaza, 7900 Xerxes Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55431. Joseph Ceithaml, a key partner in the Firm’s Financial Institutions Group, formed the Minneapolis office in 2013, when he returned home to the Twin Cities to strengthen the Group’s presence in the Upper Midwest.
